1. MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Our Return Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from us. Please note that all products are Tarragonia are handmade to order.
If the wrong item was sent, or if a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Contact our customer services team on info@tarragonia.com, quoting your name, order number and a short summary along with pictures. Our dedicated customer service team will respond.
Please note:

Non-Faulty Goods: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been customised specifically for you. (In accordance with US Consumer Law).
- Faulty Goods: To return faulty goods you need to first contact a member of our Customer Services Team on info@tarragonia.com. Please send written notice and return the product to Tarragonia to the address specified by our Customer Services Team.
In order to ensure safe delivery of your returned goods please send these via a tracked and signed delivery service. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we are at fault, then we will reimburse delivery postage costs.
It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that Tarragonia will replace, exchange or refund for a faulty item.
2. CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure when placing your order that all details are correct. Each item is handmade to order, so as soon as we start production of your items, we have already invested into the materials and labour specifically for your order. Therefore we are unable to accept cancellations or amendments to your order once it has been placed.
